Australian Customers - For the safety of you our customers, and our drivers we have introduced contact-free delivery. How will the delivery work:
- The driver will knock or ring the bell, place your order on the ground and step away.
- If your present at the delivery address, they will have the authority to note your full name instead of obtaining a physical signature.
- If the delivery address is unattended and the driver considers there to be a safe area to leave the goods, the ATL(Authority To Leave) process will be followed and no name obtained.
- Once your order is left in a safe area, delivery drivers will do their best to make a note of the location or take a picture as proof of delivery.
New Zealand Customers – Due to the current flight restrictions, orders may experience a delay of 10 to 20 business days to arrive.
International Customers - Our distribution centre and carrier networks are open and operational, however you may experience delays due to limited flight paths.
