Once your order has been dispatched from one of our Retail Stores or Distribution Centre, you will be able to track its progress.
We will send you an email containing a tracking link as soon as your parcel is shipped. If your order is being sent in multiple shipments, you will receive separate emails with tracking details for each shipment.
This means that your items may arrive on different days. To track your order, simply click on the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.
If you have not received shipment information within the expected dispatch time frame, please reach out to our Customer Service team via live chat or email us at customerservice@generalpantsgroup.com, and they will provide you with an update.
