All online orders will be shipped with an 'Authority to Leave' instruction at checkout. This means that if you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the parcel in a secure location. However, if the courier deems it unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, they will take it to your local post office and leave a card for you to arrange pick-up. Even if you are at home, the courier will still capture your signature and name as proof of delivery.
Once the courier has left your order in a safe location, they will either note the location or take a photo as evidence of delivery. Please be aware that once the order is left at your premises, it is considered 'delivered.'
I’ve been notified that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it!
- Check your tracking details. Your order may have been taken to your local Post Office.
- Check around your property or mailbox. The courier may have left the parcel in a discreet location to protect it from street view.
