Items Purchased at a Retail Store – For in-store purchases, we do not retain your financial information for security purposes. If you need to return an item purchased in-store, please ensure you provide a valid email on your returns form. This will allow our online team to contact you promptly and arrange a refund to your bank account.

AU RETURNS IN-STORE
For domestic online orders, you also have the option to return your items in-store. Please ensure your return is accompanied by your online order confirmation email, packing slip, or in-store receipt. If you made a purchase using Zip or Klarna, returns for these payment methods can only be processed at our online warehouse and not in retail stores.
