To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we recommend using a tracked method of postage.
Item/s Purchased at Retail Store - When you make a purchase in-store, we do not retain your financial information for security reasons. Therefore, if you need to return an item purchased in-store, please make sure to provide a valid contact number on your returns form. This will allow our online team to reach out to you as soon as possible and arrange a refund to your bank account.

DOMESTIC RETURN IN-STORE
For a domestic online order, you have the option to return your item in-store. However, please keep in mind that your return must be accompanied by your online order confirmation email, packing slip, or in-store receipt. If you have made a purchase using ZipPay or Klarna, please note that returns for these payment methods can only be accepted at our online warehouse and not at our retail stores.
