RETURNS PROCESS
Refunds will be processed:
Within 3-5 business days of receipt where possible via the payment method you made the original purchase.
*Due to the recent lock downs across Australia, we are experiencing a higher than usual influx of returns, so some delays may occur
- Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution
- PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately
- Afterpay, ZipPay and Klarna refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted off future payment instalments.
- Laybuy refunds will be visible in your account within 5-10 days depending on your financial institution.
- e-vouchers will be emailed immediately.
RETURNS POLICY
*Returns will only be accepted within 30 days when:
- Items are in their original condition;
- Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag (shoe boxes must also be returned in their original condition);
- Tags remain attached to garments (hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in the same place as sold or shipped and all swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set);
- Proof of purchase is provided; and A returns form is included (items returned via post only

FINAL SALE: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund after assessment by our customer service team.
PLEASE NOTE - Returns on underwear, pierced jewellery, face masks and Storeroom Vintage garments are not accepted.
All transactions made between Monday 29th November and end of trade Friday 24th December are eligible for an extended returns period until 9th January 2022 (or standard 30 days, whichever is longest). For purchases made on or after 25th December 2021, standard 30 days return period applies.
