Sometimes, a parcel may be returned to us if the delivery address is incorrect or if the delivery driver is unable to locate the address.
In some cases, if no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may leave a card at the premises with instructions to collect the item from your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within 2 weeks, it will be returned to the sender.
If your parcel is marked as ‘Return to Sender’ by Australia Post, it will be sent back to our online facility located in Sunshine West, Victoria. Once we receive the parcel, our Returns Team will get in touch with you to confirm whether you’d prefer to have the order reshipped or refunded.
Please note: Australia Post does not prioritise returned parcels, so it may take up to 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive back at our facility.
