All items, except those marked as FINAL SALE, can be returned to any GP store within 30 days of receiving your order. Just bring the item in its original condition with proof of purchase for a refund.
If you can’t visit in-store, you may return it to our online warehouse with proof of purchase (for in-store buys) and the completed returns form attached to this email.

Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact, swimwear must be returned as a full set, and shoes must be in their original box placed inside protective packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or we can exchange for another size if available; however, to secure your preferred size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
Orders paid with ZipPay and Klarna can only be returned to our online warehouse and are not eligible for exchange.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for underwear, pierced jewellery, face masks, or Storeroom Vintage items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service.
