All items except those marked as FINAL SALE can be returned to one of GP stores within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply bring the item in its original condition with proof of purchase to any of our stores for an exchange or refund.
If visiting in-store isn’t possible, you can return it to our online warehouse with proof of purchase (for in-store buys) and a completed returns form attached to this email. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact.
Swimwear must be returned as a full set, and shoes must be in their original box placed inside protective packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or we can exchange for another size if available, otherwise, a refund will be issued. To secure your preferred size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original, as we can’t hold stock during exchanges.
Orders paid with ZipPay, or Klarna can only be returned to our online warehouse and are not eligible for exchange.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for underwear, pierced jewellery, face masks, or Storeroom Vintage items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service.
